Circle President, Sh. Chander Negi along with D.S. Shimla met Hon’ble CGMT. He sumitted all the pending issues. CGMT appraised our representation regarding Inter-SSA transfers and told that he will discuss all the matters in detail on 25th of this month after his return from an overseas tour.

Regarding Para 38/Rule 8 transfer
As per discussion with the G.M. (Admn.), Circle office, Shimla during 1st meeting with the CGMT HP. the GM (Admn) asked suggestion regarding Para-38 transfer criteria. All the members are requested do give their suggestions positively by 31st March 2009 at ajitk_yadav@rediffmail.com, chander_singh@rediffmail.com, sanjuhnd@gmail.com .
As per discussions till now, the following order of preference has been worked out:
1 Lady candidate
2 Physically Handicapped
3 Medical ground
4 Spouse case
5 Longest stay in the Circle
If no suggestions are received by 31st March 2009, above order of preferences will be submitted to the GM (Admn.), Circle office in the 1st week of April.

Circle President Sh. Chander Negi, C. S. Sh. Ajit Kumar, A.C.S. Sh. Prakash Chand Kaundal and Sh.Sunil Kumar DS Shimla, AIGETOA, HP met G.M. (Mobile) and discussed various issues of DR- Executives including Time Bound Promotion, Confirmation issue, Rural Duty allowance ,Stipend arrear and Pay anomalies of 2005 batch after fixation.GM (Mobile) was very cordial during meeting, also discussed various issues related to development of mobile wing. GM (Mobile) asked DS Shimla to give the issues in writing for early redress.

With the continuous persuasion and sincere effort of AIGETOA under the leadership of GS, Shri R.P. Shahu at last the centralized order issued by Addl. Central PF Commissioner, Shri P. Sudhakar Babu, CPFO New Delhi to refund the past EPF recovery made by BSNL. Click here for order

Final breakthrough for AIGETOA in the transfer case of Sh. Anuj Katiyar
As a result of continuous pursuance by AIGETOA G.S. Sh. R.P. Shahu and consistent efforts of AIGETOA, H.P. regarding LDCE posting modification of Sh. Anuj Katiyar from J&K to UP (E) finally succeeded. His transfer orders issued from BSNL HQ on 12-03-2009.
This was also assured by Hon’ble CMD Sh. Kuldeep Goyal to the C.S., AIGETOA, H.P. Circle during his visit to H.P. on 06-03-2009.

Today C.S. Sh. Ajit Kumar and Circle President Sh. Chander Negi visited Circle Office, Shimla to meet G.M. (Admin), but he was not available. C.S. and President met A.G.M. (Admin.) and discussed various issues like Para-38 and Inter SSA transfers, Timebound D.P.C. and Confirmation etc. A.G.M. (Admin.) assured that the issues will be sorted out very soon. Moreover some of our issues have been included in the Agenda of Circle Development Meeting also.
It was also confirmed from Circle Office that 24 New J.T.O.s of 2008 batch are going for Phase-I Training at RTTC Rajpura from 09-03-09.

Please file RTI in the BSNL office and EPFO office, regarding the EPF deductions of individuals from the date of entry (date of Orientation Programme) in the BSNL. This issue is very urgent because many of us will see that our EPF Amount may be missing or not contributed by BSNL. Also please advertise it to every concerned, so that he may be aware for his actual EPF amount. After getting the reply of this RTI from BSNL as well as from EPFO the same may be communicated to the C.S. or President of AIGETOA HP.

FIRST circle conference of himachal pradesh Telecom circle
The 1st Circle Conference of AIGETOA, H.P. Telecom Circle was held in Pine Grove Hotel, Solan, Himachal Pradesh on 22nd & 23rd January 2009 in the Presence of G.S., Shri R.P. Shahu & All India President Shri N.J.P. Shiloh Rao. The conference was inaugurated by Shri Ashwani Salwan, GMTD Solan HP. Shri P.S. Dipta, GM (Admin), HP Circle, Shimla was the chief guest of the conference.
The conference was organized by shri Rajendra Singh V.P., AIGETOA CHQ. Due to his endeavors more than 80% of DR GEs and DR Account Professionals participated in the conference in spite of the difficult geographical conditions. Shri Chander Singh Negi and Shri Ajit Kumar were unanimously elected as Circle President and Circle Secretary respectively. Shri Prem Singh, GMTD Shimla (H.P.), Shri Chander Sekhar GM (Marketing) HP Telecom Circle, Shri A.V. Chaturvedi GM (Mobile), Shimla (H.P.) were also present in the conference. The circle body Himachal Pradesh Telecom circle was ,also formed on this ocassion.
